How is the Astrology service report delivered? |

The reports are delivered through an electronic format. No hard copy or courier services are available for Astrology service reports.

The report once generated by the selected panel astrologer, gets uploaded in your account with us. You can get access to the report through the following three steps
- Log on to the homepage of Astrology.
- Please click on the option ‘My Account’.
- Enter your username and password.
- Under ‘My Account’ page, click on view Astrology service orders. The report can be downloaded from here.

How secure is my personal information provided or personal query asked with the website? |

We take every effort to see that the customer’s personal information stays secured. The information provided by you including your personal details and personal query is posted to the selected panel astrologer and the report thus generated by them is reverted back to the customer. There is no way your personal information gets floated to any third party.

Are the astrology products genuine? Is there any guarantee about the same? |

All the products under Astrology are from well known providers within the industry. Products like Rudraksha and Rudraksha Beads are sourced from the destinations mentioned in their respective description. We make sure to provide supreme quality products so as to ensure highest satisfaction to our customers. All Rudraksha items are provided with a guarantee certificate to ensure its authenticity

What if a particular astrology product suggested by the selected panel astrologer, is not available at Astro Shop on your website? |

Answer :
We are trying our level best to provide a wide of astrological products to our customers. However incase if there is any requirement which doesn’t appear on our website, you can provide us with the details of the product; we would try and make every effort to make that product available for you.

If I do not know my birth time? |
|
Answer :
Birth time information is generally required to get accurate results. However, incase if exact birth time details are not known, then related information or other birth details could be provided to improve the accuracy of the reports. In the service form you should mention that the above birth time is not accurate so that the astrologer is aware that you don’t know your birth time.
Incase if you wish to know your birth time we have Birth Time Rectification services which will help you to figure out your Birth Time. |

Is there any guarantee for the recommendations provided by the selected panel astrologers? |

We do not provide any kind of assurance for the predictions, remedies or recommendations provided by the astrologers. We have the most well known astrologers in our panel. Therefore, the reports provided by them are to the best of their knowledge. |

Do you guarantee the delivery of the products on the preferred date? |
|
Answer :
Our goal is to ensure that delivery is done on the chosen day. We call this day the "Preferred Delivery Day". We understand that the Astrology products should be delivered on the preferred delivery date and not a day later so we make sure that we meet the Preferred Delivery Day deadline.
- Please allow the minimum time required for processing the order as mentioned in the product description.
- Delivery shall be made on the 'preferred day', or a day earlier or later if it coincides with a festival day or a national holiday.
- Delivery shall be made in the course of the day, and deliveries at very early or late hours of the day shall not be made, except on a very few products as mentioned in their respective product description.
- All attempts will be made to deliver the product on the preferred date of delivery but the site will not be held liable if the delivery does not take place on the preferred date.
- Delivery during festival times will be made during the period as specified on the website and not necessarily on the preferred date as given by the customer.
Astrology service report shall be emailed to you on or before the preffered delivery date mentioned by you. It might get delayed in very rare cases when the astrologer might be out of town on consultation visit. We try our level best to make sure you receive your reports as early as possible.

Is there any refund policy for astrology reports generated? |

Answer :
Once the customer places an order, it cannot be cancelled unless it is not processed by the processing team. In addition, once the astrologer generates the report, no refund can be provided for the same.

You can update or change your account information. Under ‘My Account ‘option you have
‘ Account Settings ‘ , here you can change , add or update your account information.
Change My Password : You need to enter your existing email address and password. You then get the option to reset your password.
Change My Billing Address : Under account setting you can change your billing address by re-entering your billing information. Change My Birthday : Under this you can alter your birthday information.
