The Vendor Rating system enables you to express your views on your entire shopping experience & simultaneously help the vendors to look through your feedback.
Each time you place an order, you can rate the vendor by leaving back your feedback. Your shopping experience with the vendor gets classified as:

Satisfied Customer

Undecided Customer

Each of the above allows you to insert a short comment.
The vendor who has been rated by you will receive:

+1 point for each ' Satisfied Customer Comment '

0 point for each ' Undecided Customer Comment '

• Green Point: Represents those customers who are satisfied with a vendor.
• Blue Point: Represents those customers who have not sent any feedback on the vendor.
• Red Point Represents those customers who are unsatisfied with a vendor.

Star ratings are given to a vendor after taking an average of the green , blue and red points. When a vendor receives five stars it simply means that he has many satisfied customers and one can confidently purchase his products or avail his services. Vendors with less than five stars indicate that they have scope for improvement.

1. Select the product/s or service/s you wish to gift or purchase.
2. View and analyze the product / service details you wish to purchase.
3. Purchase the product.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from our end (at the registered email id) and this email will include an URL link. This link will take you to the vendor rating page.

On this page you can rate the vendor according to your shopping experience* and leave your feedback.

* Shopping experience includes everything right from you placing an order to delivery of the product. It also includes product quality, time management and after sales service.

You can login and rate a vendor under "My Account" page.

While tracking your orders under Order Management, you will find the option of "Give Vendor Feedback ".

Clicking on this option takes you to a display page where your recently purchased order list will appear.

Once your order is shipped, you will see 'Rate your Vendor 'link.

Here you can enter your feedback and ratings for the vendor whose products you have recently purchased.
